*All pieces come with a luxury branded gift box and suedette storage pouch, perfect for gift and travel. The pouch doubles as a polish cloth to keep your jewellery in amazing condition.

*With one exception of the Tiffany Cuff.

We highly recommend storing your item in their pouches as this contributes to sustainability. Keeping gold plated jewellery on metal stands can cause friction and will wear the plating down quicker.

Both our gift boxes and shipping box are made from cardboard, we sometimes add a plastic shipping outer layer depending on the delivery location for protection.

We have now decided to not include your packing slip stating what was in your order. This information is already sent to you digitally. If you wish to receive a printed copy of this, please let us know after your order is placed via our contact form.

Care Instructions

18k Gold Plated Sterling Silver, 18k Gold Plated/Rhodium Plated Brass & Gold Vermeil: We want you to love and enjoy your purchases for a long time; for best results avoid contact with chemicals, oils and other liquids. Our jewellery pouches double as a polish cloth to keep your products looking shiny and new. Take off your items when showering, sleeping and exercising to maintain the integrity of their plating.

18k Gold Plated Brass/stainless steel with PVD Plating: Items with a Physical Vapor Deposition coating are designed to be waterproof, sweat proof and tarnish free. This means, the gold plating will not fade however to keep your pieces looking like new, we recommend you still store them in their suedette pouch for sleeping and showering. The natural oils of your body, make up and products can create a build up on their jewellery and a gentle, regular clean will water should remove this.

Waterproof Pieces with CZ stones: When it comes to adding PVD tarnish proof coating, stones must be glued in to the jewellery rather than set in to claws. The strength of the glue will be compromised if make up, body oils etc are cleaned off regularly.

925 Sterling Silver: As a precious metal, silver will not tarnish however, it's shine can dull over time if not cared for properly. Keep these items looking their best by polishing regularly.

Fresh Water Pearls: We often use natural fresh water pearls. They are imperfect and grainy in texture so they must be cared for properly in order to maintain their luster. Avoid contact with lotions, perfumes and other chemicals and always use your suedette pouch to polish off any build up it might have contacted through their wear. Ensure to store it inside its pouch.

These Pre-Order Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to all pre-orders (“Pre-Order”) placed with Six Rumours Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) for products that are not yet available for general sale. By placing a Pre-Order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our general Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

To place a Pre-Order, you must:

Be at least 18 years old;
Provide accurate and complete contact, shipping, and payment information;
Reside in the United Kingdom.

2. Pre-Order Process

When you place a Pre-Order:

You reserve a product that is not yet released.
Payment may be taken either at the time of order or prior to dispatch, as specified on the product page.
Pre-Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

3. Estimated Delivery

We will provide an estimated shipping date at the time of your Pre-Order. This date is subject to change due to production or supply chain delays.
The date communicated at checkout and in your order confirmation email does not apply to pre orders. For expected shipping date please check the product description.
You will be notified of any significant changes to the estimated delivery date.
We are not liable for any delays beyond our control.

4. Pricing and Payment

The price of the Pre-Order item will be as stated at checkout.
Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges will be confirmed at checkout.
If payment is taken at the time of Pre-Order and the order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Pre-Order at any time before dispatch by contacting us at info@sixrumours.com.
If you cancel within 14 days of receiving the item (Consumer Contracts Regulations), you may return the item for a full refund, provided it is unused and in its original condition.

We reserve the right to cancel a Pre-Order at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, errors, or product unavailability. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

6. Changes to Product or Terms

We may make minor changes to the product that do not affect its overall function or value.
If significant changes are made, you will be notified and given the option to cancel your Pre-Order.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any Pre-Order is limited to the purchase price of the product.
