Pre-Order Terms of Use

These Pre-Order Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to all pre-orders (“Pre-Order”) placed with Six Rumours Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) for products that are not yet available for general sale. By placing a Pre-Order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our general Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

To place a Pre-Order, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old;

  • Provide accurate and complete contact, shipping, and payment information;

  • Reside in the United Kingdom.

2. Pre-Order Process

When you place a Pre-Order:

  • You reserve a product that is not yet released.

  • Payment may be taken either at the time of order or prior to dispatch, as specified on the product page.

  • Pre-Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

3. Estimated Delivery

  • We will provide an estimated shipping date at the time of your Pre-Order. This date is subject to change due to production or supply chain delays.

  • You will be notified of any significant changes to the estimated delivery date.

  • We are not liable for any delays beyond our control.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • The price of the Pre-Order item will be as stated at checkout.

  • Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Delivery charges will be confirmed at checkout.

  • If payment is taken at the time of Pre-Order and the order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

By You:

  • You may cancel your Pre-Order at any time before dispatch by contacting us at info@sixrumours.com.

  • If you cancel within 14 days of receiving the item (Consumer Contracts Regulations), you may return the item for a full refund, provided it is unused and in its original condition.

By Us:

  • We reserve the right to cancel a Pre-Order at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, errors, or product unavailability. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

6. Changes to Product or Terms

  • We may make minor changes to the product that do not affect its overall function or value.

  • If significant changes are made, you will be notified and given the option to cancel your Pre-Order.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any Pre-Order is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

About our Jewellery

  • Our Materials

    We opt to work with natural, precious and semi-precious metals for a more luxurious and authentic look. We work with three silver metal compositions:

    • 18k Gold Plated Sterling Silver
    • Sterling Silver
    • Gold Vermeil: Composed of 925 Sterling Silver with at least 2.5 microns of 18k Gold Plating. This gives the gold plating even more durability.

    We often use 18k Gold Plated Brass for our heavier statement pieces. Brass is light weight and durable making it perfect for occasion wear jewellery.

  • Care Instructions

    18k Gold Plated Sterling Silver, Brass & Gold Vermeil: We want you to love and enjoy your purchases for a long time; for best results avoid contact with chemicals, oils and other liquids. Our jewellery pouches double as a polish cloth to keep your products looking shiny and new. Take off your items when showering, sleeping and exercising to maintain the integrity of their plating. If not cared for properly, real gold plating will tarnish over time and the 925 base will shine through.

    18k Gold Plated Brass with PVD Plating: Items with a Physical Vapor Deposition coating are designed to be waterproof, sweat proof and tarnish free. 

    925 Sterling Silver: As a precious metal, silver will not tarnish, however, it's shine can dull over time if not cared for properly. Keep these items looking their best by polishing regularly. 

  • Our Guarantee

    We are so confident in the quality of our products that we offer 6 months warranty. We will provide a repair or refund providing care instructions have been followed.

  • Ethical Responsibility

    We are dedicated to working with factories with ethical business practices where the focus on quality rather than mass production. We also use recycled Sterling Silver and Brass where possible.
