Shipping policy

Orders placed after 12pm are scheduled to be picked and packed the following working day. This excludes weekends and bank holidays. Most couriers work on a Monday to Friday basis so please allow for 48 hours from order confirmation to shipment.
Your shipping options are automatically offered at the checkout offered by Shopify. The table below lists the options, cost and estimated delivery time.
Note that all shipping cost are shown in Pounds Sterling and conversion rates will update automatically so can differ in local currency.

EU SHIPPING

We offer EU Shipping to a wide range of countries, the available countries will be shown at checkout. If you get to checkout and cannot input your country for delivery, please contact us and they will be able to assist you.

The customer is responsible for all customs and VAT charges once the item reaches their country.

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

All of our orders are sent either where a signature is required for delivery or tracked, we cannot offer refunds of products should orders be delivered to your address and no-one is home to accept. Please make sure that if you are ordering, orders are sent at a time or place that someone will be in to receive items or mark a safe place on your delivery preferences with the courier.

In the case of your order not being delivered within the time frame originally given on the update text, please contact the team with your order number and tracking.

Six Rumours Limited cannot claim any responsibility and will not replace any missing orders that aren’t flagged to the team within 3 days of their missed delivery. This is due to insurance purposes and it cannot be waived.
