Refund policy
Conditions
- We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Earrings are non refundable for hygiene reasons.
- Any signs of wear or damage will result in a rejection of the return, meaning items will be returned back to you. Some of our items have a tag on them, if this is removed it invalidates the returns policy. Please check your items carefully before removing this.
- All items ordered in a sale or markdown can not be returned. All sales are final. Sale and markdown means that the item is showing the original price and a sale price.
- You can always contact us via out contact form for any return question.
Initiate a Return
- To start a return, log in (via the person icon) and navigate to the appropriate order.
- If your order is eligible for a return, choose the request return button. Someone from the Six Rumours team with respond to you within 48 hours and if your return is accepted, we will provide you with returns instructions.
- Please note that the postage cost of the return is absorbed by the customer. We advise to gain proof of postage and to send the item back on a tracked service to ensure it reaches us safely. Six Rumours Limited cannot be held responsible should any returned items go missing in the post.
Return of Funds
- Once we receive your return, it will need to be inspected and can take between 2-3 working days to process.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
- If payment has been made through Klarna refunds might take longer to process.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not have a process for exchanges, the best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
